Refund policy

Returns are eligible within 30 Days of delivery, as stated on our website homepage.

For returns - We do not refund shipping costs incurred and if the product has been removed from the packaging, we deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from the refund. Your refund will also be subject to any product damages that we find upon receiving the products back from you.

For Exchanges - In order to start the exchange process, you will need to send us an image of the reason for the exchange and ship the bow back to us. We do not supply a return label. Once we receive either the issued tracking number or bow itself, we will then issue an exchange.
